Founded in 2017, Gman Rentals is a Canadian-owned full-service vacation home management company that specializes in luxurious vacation stays for travellers to Miami, Florida. As world travellers who are well-versed in the travel industry, we understand the intrinsic value of a great place to stay while you travel.

It all began when we became frustrated with subpar vacation rentals, poor communication and extremely high fees during a business trip to Miami back in 2016. Despite paying top dollar for a week-long stay at what was advertised as a luxurious rental home, the accommodation was disappointing and looked nothing like the pictures in the ad. Making things even worse, the hosts of the home were nonresponsive, so we were forced to seek alternative accommodation which disrupted our travel plans.

The experience was disheartening. When we later expressed our frustration to friends and family, we realized that many shared the same view and longed for better service when it came to booking rental properties.

Soon after the trip, we decided to work as a team to solve all the accommodations problems we had experienced personally and heard about from other travelers. Our goal was simple: to provide excellent accommodation options to Miami travelers at affordable rates through a stress-free booking process. We wanted a company that matched good people with great properties. A company that catered to travelers while also looking out for the best interests of vacation homeowners as well. And that is exactly what we built.

We worked diligently to build our clientele, starting with a handful of friends and family who either wanted to rent out their vacation homes to travellers or needed accommodation for a trip. Soon, our friends began to refer us to their friends and our reputation spread like wildfire. Since then, Gman Rentals has grown exponentially and become an international success – a testament to our work ethic, professionalism and exceptional customer service.
